Personal data processing & consent

This document explains how A1 Consulting processes personal data and what consent you give when you submit the contact form. Processing complies with the Finnish Data Protection Act (Tietosuojalaki 1050/2018) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR (EU 2016/679).

1. Data controller

The data controller is A1 Consulting, Helsinki, Finland. For any data‑related questions, write to mail@a1consulting.site.

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect only the data you provide:

  • Name (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Phone (optional)
  • The text of your question or message (required)

We do not collect special categories of data. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in the form.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data to:

  • respond to your enquiry and contact you about your request;
  • prepare a service proposal and hold an introductory meeting.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box in the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Data may be processed by our technical service providers (e.g. an email provider) solely for the purposes above and only within the EU/EEA or with appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and no longer than required for those purposes or by law. If no engagement begins, we delete the enquiry data within a reasonable period.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your data and receive a copy;
  • rectify inaccurate data;
  • erase your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal);
  • lodge a complaint with the Finnish supervisory authority — the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

7. Cookies

The website currently does not use cookies and does not run web analytics. If this changes, we will add a notice and request consent for cookies.
